my 2nd attempt at making macarons from scratch!it's definitely better than my last 1st attempt (previous batch all Flatten!!)

mum said it was as good - good enought for sale!
but i think i needed to work on the appearance of these french sweets!
I did Orange-Chocolate Filled Macarons this time round.
hmm ... i'm not very satisfied though.
Will try again next time!
