i hope it will go off sooner.

YAY for new clothes!!

i still have a package @ the Post office...so tired to dropby after work on wkdays to collect!

We Got Married (k-drama)

stacey recommended me to watch this Korean reality/drama serial.
http://www.mysoju.com/we-got-married/

currently watching ep 5! had lots of laughs while watching this!
thanks stacey!

Description:
4 predetermined (as in participants don't choose who their partner is, but the pairings are set up by the PD) couples are allotted a certain amount of money ($20, $40, etc) to prepare dinner for themselves. The participants try to portray themselves as a real life couple and go out together to buy groceries for dinner. It then follows them to a mock home where they prepare the dinner and eat. In between scenes there are interviews with the participants asking questions like what they feel about their partner and what they like or don't like about him/her. The actual date together as a couple and the interviews are all prefilmed and the participants and MCs watch it all back. At the end, each side of the couple privately chooses if he/she would stay together with his/her partner or not.

Lovee how the purple came out!!
The pinks became more of peach out of oven...
i totally failed at it.
most turned out flat like pancakes and mostly burnt!
i think i did almost 10 trays using different heat settings but all didn't work out.
Haix ~

Changi Village

Initial plan was to go to the Changi Boardwalk but it started raining once we parked our car!
Headed to eat Nasi Lemak.....
I tried Sri Sujana 's this time round. I remembered eating Mizzy's corner during my secondary school days! But... i think i still prefer Punggol Nasi Lemak!

Apricot cheesecake - My mum got moltivated to do a cheesecake...and ta-dah!
i'm getting abit sick of cream cheese after 2 consecutive days of eating cheesecakes!!!

An interesting find i saw on a friend's flickr page~
HK Lifestyle brand G.O.D (Goods Of Desire) came out with these 'special' design mooncakes.

dinner with the girls...

my all-time favourite Jap dish

Grilled Fish.Chicken.Seafood on skewers
These were a disappointment though...

Cha Soba
We had Japanese @ shin kushiya, vivocity to celebrate dear Stacey's birthday
not pictured were curry stew don, ebi sushi and Wagyu beef steak~
The Wagyu steak is good.... <3

strawberry cheesecake made specially for the occasion.
we had this for dessert
I'm so glad the girls like it.... it tasted yummilicious for my 1st attempt.
I'm tempted to make something similar soon.. love the jelly layer so much!!
-so pretty-
people pix coming up....
...
........
-birthday girl with her birthday cake-

Originial plan was to have dinner @ Olive Ristorante, Labrador Park but changed of plans cos' of the lousy weather!! After our 'not-so-satisfying' meal @ vivo, we decided to head to Labrador to have our molten chocolate cake for desserts and chill-out over mocktails and coke.
We were their last & only customers that evening!
Abit pai-sey so we didn't stayed long!
we left after about 30mins or so...

bye to Multiply, hello to Blogspot

I have decided to start blogging on blogspot.com!!
This is my 1st post people!! =P

As my hunt continues for good local hawker food here in SG and through local food blogs recommendations like ieatishootipost etc.

I was crazy enough to go to Bedok Interchange Food Centre just to buy
Laksa & Chwee Kueh for my tea!!!
Must be all the pictures i saw online that made me have all these cravings!
But the recommended stall (Katong Tong Kee Laksa) was sure good!!
Nice gravy! I thought the prawns were too few!!
I only got 2 miserable prawns in my bowl!

I bet everyone knows 'The famous Bedok Chwee Kueh stall'.
yummy as usual...
i realised it is not so oily now compared to a few years back when I eat this dish almost once a week!
More food pics to come.... stay tune! =D
